On the first of the month, our chapter participated in the annual Yale Certamen at Yale University. Everyone studied very hard during our meetings leading up to the competition and it showed. Although none of our teams made it to the semi-finals, everyone had a lot of fun!

Boston University Classic Day
Boston University Classic Day
On the 20th 14 of our latin students attended the 24th annual Boston University Classics Day at Boston University. Our students attended various lectures relating to the classics and participated in the skit competition, getting first place with their skit 'gladiator 3.'

Latin League
Latin League
As well as last month, our students competed in October's NJCL Latin League competition, winning their matchup for the second time, keeping us at 12th place overall in the national standings with our score of 76 points out of 100. Our students are hard at work studying for the next month and hope to do even better than they did this month!
