The National Junior Classical League is a is a youth organization of secondary school students sponsored and organized by the American Classical League (ACL). Its mission is "to encourage an interest in and an appreciation of the language, literature and culture of ancient Greece and Rome and to impart an understanding of the debt of our own culture to that of classical antiquity." We are WinJCL, Winchester's local chapter of the NJCL. To learn more, see njcl.org and massjcl.org
The main way to get involved in WinJCL and the Winchester Latin Club is by coming to our weekly club meetings after school on Wednesdays in B106 or ask Magistra Decamp in the same room at any time about how you can help!
