Next HOA Meeting: Tues, May 23 @ 6pm PT
Parking is to occur only in carports and designated parking spaces.
Assigned or deeded carport shall be used solely for parking of passenger motor vehicles and motorcycles. Vehicles are not to be stored in carports. They are to be moved on a regular basis. Definition of “regular basis” is every 72 hours.
NO inoperable vehicles, boats, trailers, campers, golf carts or other recreational vehicles shall be parked or stored in any portion of the project. An inoperable vehicle is defined as a vehicle which cannot legally use the City or State streets or highways. Vehicles with outdated registration are considered inoperable.
Undesignated parking is to be used only by vehicles displaying the Windsor Square parking permit. No more than two vehicles per unit are allowed on Winsor Square project. If a unit owns more than two vehicles, the overage vehicles must park off Windsor Square premises.
NO parking is allowed that blocks access to any parking spaces or carports of the individual units.
NO vehicle may park in such a way that impairs the right of way or hinders the access of emergency or other vehicles in any paved area.
There shall be no repair or reconstruction of automobiles or other vehicles within the project, except for emergency repairs.
Violation of the parking rules may result in a vehicle being towed without notice provided that a complaint has been registered and validated with the Board of Directors, Management, or designee.
In addition, the owner of a vehicle parked in violation of the rules may be assessed all costs relating to the removal of the vehicle. Consequently, the cost of the tow will ultimately borne by the owner of the vehicle. The Association, Management Company, and Towing contractor will not be responsible for any damage which may be sustained to a towed vehicle.
Each owner is responsible for the parked vehicle(s) of his/her guests.
Each unit will be issued one numbered parking permit that must be hung from the rear view mirror of the vehicle. Vehicles parked not displaying the parking permit are subject to tow. The cost for replacing lost permits will be $50 for the first, $75 for the second and $100 for the third.
Storage of vehicles in designated carports or uncovered parking spaces is prohibited. A vehicle with a parking permit may not park in the uncovered parking area longer than 72 hours. If a vehicle is to be parked longer than 72 hours without being moved, vehicle owner is to call the management company with the information so that the vehicle is not towed.
