Rules and Regulations for Exclusive use Common Area

1. All Residents are required to keep their units and those portions of the Restricted Common Areas over which they have exclusive use in a good state of cleanliness and repair at all times.

2. Outdoor patio or lounge furniture, plants and bbq equipment must be maintained.

3. No visible storage of any unsightly nature is permitted on balconies and patios, including but not limited to clothes, diapers, hampers, mops, boxes, cleaning items, excess furniture, toys (that extend above the height of the railing), exercise equipment or any other item not intended for outdoor use.

4. Potted plants must be secured and have protected saucers under them.

5. BBQs must be gas. You are only allowed to store 1 pound containers of gas on your balcony or patio. Charcoal BBQs are not allowed.
