The PTA fulfills different roles at the various levels:

Here at Windsor, our PTA seeks to support the school in helping our students have an enriching and successful school year. We seek to engage families and create opportunities to help our school community thrive. We sponsor the following programs:

Teacher Appreciation

Council PTA
Council PTA
Council PTA provides support locally through communication and connection with other schools located in our area. Windsor PTA is part of the Timpanogos Council which includes:
Aspen Elementary
Bonneville Elementary
Northridge Elementary
Orem Junior High
Timpanogos High
We meet monthly to discuss events, needs, available resources, and share ideas.

Utah PTA is the largest volunteer child advocacy organization in Utah. They advocate by participating in the legislative process and by having commissioners serve on statewide committees that make decisions affecting children. Utah PTA is also the foundation to help local PTAs run. They provide training, handbooks, and other resources for local PTAs.

National PTA
National PTA is the largest volunteer child advocacy organization in the United States. It is a powerful voice for all children and a relevant resource for parents in the education, health, and welfare of children and youth. National PTA also provides training, family engagement activities, and grants to help support state and local PTAs.

The only thing required of you to be a member of PTA is to pay the annual membership dues. Beyond that, however you choose to PTA is up to you. PTA offers many opportunities to engage. You can invest by supporting our fundraisers. You can advocate by speaking up on policies and decisions that help our children. You can volunteer for PTA programs and events.
