I would firstly like to introduce myself. My name is Kath Dobson and I work for the Waikato Institute for Leadership and Sports Studies (WILSS) . At WILSS we are all about Leadership and Volunteerism development in the community. I and other key stakeholders will be guiding you along your learning journey, helping your club to develop, strengthen and grow in identified areas of need.
