Since its founding in 1951, the club has lived the Lions motto, “We Serve,” by making a lasting difference in the lives of Wilson Borough residents. For three-quarters of a century, the Lions have answered the call to help—whether by providing food baskets to neighbors in need or stepping forward whenever the community requires support. This milestone marks not only 75 years of service, but 75 years of compassion, dedication, and unwavering commitment to Wilson Borough.

Founded in 1951, the Wilson Boro Lions Club boasted an impressive 198 charter members, making it the largest Lions charter club in the state's history. Guided by the International Lions Club motto, "We serve," the club has consistently demonstrated its commitment to the Wilson community.
In recent times, our community engagement has been extensive and impactful. The club actively participates in community events, such as distributing cookies, hot chocolate, and gifts at the annual tree lighting ceremony.
Volunteering is the heartbeat of communities, and its importance resonates far beyond the act itself. It embodies the spirit of selflessness, empathy, and collective responsibility, serving as a powerful catalyst for positive change.
