In this project, we were assigned to take an instructional design module we had created in PowerPoint for another class and put it on the web. Not only do we have to find a host site to put our PowerPoint on the web, but we also have to design web pages that contain the information from the PowerPoint.

My instructional design module is about developing leadership skills in student interns. Through the work-based learning program at my district's technology center, students get the opportunity to intern with local businesses and certain teachers. At the time, I had theatre interns. One skill I noticed they lacked was leadership. Therefore, I designed this instructional module to teach the school's interns about leadership prior to their entering their internship.
