One Shot- A Children's Story

Orphans Tuft, Linsi, and Alden (Flicker) find their way into a large, dank cavern after chasing a squirrel into a nearby forest. Inside they find themselves in a large maze. It takes them on all sorts of turns and dead ends. The kids find secret doors and puzzles and take them down one-by-one. In this maze, they find themselves face to face with a Grick. They battle this creature and these three small kids manage to bring down this monstrosity. With a new resolve, they continue their search deeper. With them finding different poems and sayings scribed into the rocks of this cavern, the party is able to crack yet another puzzle... but behind this door held something beyond their dreams. They are greeted by a Large, young, green dragon. Except... He's friendly? He greets them and congratulates them on their achievements to this point. Each child is gifted a grand present that helps them in finding who they are in the world. As their conversation with the dragon comes to a close, the group's vision goes black. When their vision returns, they find themselves back in their beds at the orphanage. Presents from the dragon gone, but memories still vivid they wake up to a new day.
