Venue

This Training Course will take place in the mountain of Sunnmøre Alps, Norway. The place for activities and sleeping facility will be a farm named “Rysta Gård"

Some Insights:

Rysta Gård is characterized by a landscape with steep high mountain peaks rising over 1800 meters straight up from the fjords. The farm is remotely situated, with the nearest town, Volda (33 km away). There is no possibility to visit the store while at the project, keep this in mind before getting on the shuttle to the farm.

At Rysta Gård, all participants will be sleeping in tents. All necessary camping and tent equipment will be provided by the hosting organization, but if you want to bring your own tent/hammock, feel free to do so! Tents will be divided according to same gender and different nationalities. You will spend most of the time, over 90% outdoors, please be prepared as Norway’s weather can be very unpredictable. It is possible to have all types of weather and nights can be cold. Internet access is restricted but in almost all places mobile internet coverage. Participants will be provided with the phone number of the hosting coordinator in case of emergency calls from family and friends.

Please note that all participants will be sleeping outdoors in tents for the whole duration of the program!
