Trainer & Host
Maybe to provide my email and telephone number (whatsapp) so people can contact me directly regarding travel proposals?
Originally from Belgium, Arnout moved to the Norwegian fjords to be closer to the landscapes he enjoys exploring. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Outdoor Education, he began guiding others through the local terrain, with a particular interest in glacier trekking, via ferrata, and seasonal hiking.
For over a decade, Arnout has focused on using the outdoors as a space for connection. He has worked alongside refugees in Sunnmøre and spent the last twelve years supporting individuals with disabilities and young people navigating challenges at home.
Through his time in local asylum centers and various international youth programs, Arnout has seen firsthand how nature can support personal growth. For him, his background in education is simply a tool to help others feel at home in the elements.
I am really looking forward to welcome everyone at my farm!
Trainer
Ucha is an Outdoor Adventure Educator and professional trekking and cycling guide with over ten years of experience in international youth work and within the Erasmus+ framework. He believes learning is most powerful when it happens outside the classroom—through real experiences in nature, challenge, and reflection.
Over the years, he has led and coordinated more than 20 international outdoor projects, combining technical outdoor skills with non-formal education and Experiential Learning approaches. His work focuses on creating learning environments that are both safe and inspiring, where participants can explore personal growth, teamwork, and their relationship with the natural world.
Outside of his work, he enjoys long-distance bike touring, street photography, exploring new cultures and diving into history.
He's happy to be part of the Wild Skills Project and looks forward to sharing time, learning, and experiences together in the field.
Facilitator
Stephanie's journey with Erasmus+ started back in 2017 when I spent five months studying in France.
After that, she became a “Healthie” (volunteer) at JOETZ, where she first got in touch with Training Courses and Youth Exchanges.
Since 2019, she participated in various projects as a participant, group leader, and facilitator. she also works as a professional "pedagogue" with youngsters, adults and their families.
When she needs a moment to recharge, she finds peace in nature (especially waterfalls!). she is very much looking forward to meeting you all!

At JOETZ, she coordinates projects with trainers, facilitators, volunteers, and youth workers while ensuring strong collaboration with partners. As the president of JINT, the Flemish National Agency, she stays informed about developments in international youth work and contributes to shaping youth policy.
Her academic background includes degrees in pedagogical sciences, social work, and teacher training, and she previously taught behavioural and cultural sciences in secondary school. Alongside teaching, she organized European youth exchanges and volunteered in organizations supporting young people with fewer opportunities and organizing youth camps in Belgium and abroad.
