What materials are used in your products?

Facebook Marketplace:

The items listed here are either secondhand or handmade by me. I source the materials for my handmade products almost entirely through thrift stores, which is challenging and fun. As I expand my work I look forward to taking my sustainability efforts even further by sourcing materials from other eco-friendly businesses and sharing my suppliers with all of you!

Etsy:

Since my shop is currently comprised of only digital products, the materials used are also digital in nature. Everything I make is done with just a laptop and an internet connection, but I love utilizing open-source software in the creation of my products. Wherever possible I strive to ensure that my products are eco-friendly (hence the digital medium) and will continue to prioritize that with new product development.

What payment methods do you accept?

For Facebook Marketplace purchases, I accept cash or Venmo (@WildFreeKellyGreen).

Do you offer refunds on any of your products?

Since my shop is comprised of entirely digital products at this time, I am not offering refunds on any of the products you see listed in my Etsy or Gumroad stores. I encourage customers to fully read product descriptions before making a purchase, as I try to include as much detail as possible to allow for a fully informed decision.

For Facebook Marketplace purchases, I allow refunds on a case-by-case basis. I do my best to include enough information for buyers to know what they are getting. For my artwork, I would much rather someone return a piece and receive a refund so my creations can be with people who will love and appreciate them.

What is your response time for inquiries?

I typically respond very quickly through Facebook Messenger (within hours) and within 24 hours for Etsy communications.

When I receive a message I respond as quickly as possible, but currently ask that customers allow up to 72 hours for a response from me. This is because I am a digital nomad and while I strive to remain within cell and internet service there are moments when I am out in the woods and out of reception for up to a couple of days at a time.
