Governing Bylaws:
Vacancy Authority: A vacancy occurring in any office shall be filled for the unexpired term by a person elected by a majority vote of the executive board, provided notice of such election has been given.
Eligibility: Each officer or Board Member must be a member of the Wilcox Elementary School PTSA.
Election Process: If there is only one candidate, the election may be conducted by acclamation. If there is more than one candidate, the election must be conducted by ballot.
