(prior to 2043 only Villafumaria, in Fellinese "vahiah ah fahuahmahahrahah" or "vahiahfahuahmahahcahahrahah", in the local dialect "A Villà" or "Fumarria" Is a City in the Duchy of Fellino. It was created in 2033 by the rich family of the Cahzah and the Sahmah.
HISTORY
Founded in 2033 by two noble families, the Cahzah and Sahmah families, the city has a rich history dating back to its roots as a small duchy ruled by the Sahmah family.
Before the year 2023, Villafumaria Cahrahsahiah was a small duchy managed by the Sahmah family. The Sahmahs were known for their fair and just rule, and the people of the duchy were content under their leadership. However, as the years passed, the Sahmahs began to feel the need to expand their influence and create a larger community.
In 2033, an agreement was reached between the Sahmah and Cahzah families to create a new, independent community within the newly-formed Duchy of Fellino. The two families joined forces to create Villafumaria Cahrahsahiah, a city that would serve as a hub for trade, commerce, and culture in the region.
The city grew rapidly under the leadership of the Cahzah and Sahmah families. The city's strategic location near several major trade routes made it an important center of commerce, and merchants from across the region flocked to Villafumaria Cahrahsahiah to buy and sell goods.
As the city prospered, the Cahzah and Sahmah families continued to work together to ensure that Villafumaria Cahrahsahiah remained a bastion of prosperity, justice, and equality. They established a city council made up of representatives from both families, and worked tirelessly to ensure that the city's infrastructure and institutions were well-maintained and efficient.
Today, Villafumaria Cahrahsahiah remains one of the most important cities in the Duchy of Fellino. Its rich history and vibrant culture continue to attract visitors from across the region, and its strategic location and robust economy ensure that it will remain a center of commerce and trade for generations to come. The city stands as a testament to the power of cooperation and collaboration, and a shining example of what can be achieved when people work together towards a common goal.

The law on the Districts (or wards or fractions) says that:
"Each coat of arms of the city's districts shall bear the head of the city and a field of silver with a castle of gray. In the center shall be chosen by the district's superintendent the heraldic figure, honorable heraldic charge, or whatever else shall symbolize the district."
The name of the city, Villafumaria, derives from an ancient suffix given to duchies and/or municipalities in the northern region. It is believed to have originated from the Latin term "villa" meaning "estate" or "village," combined with a local word.
The name Cahrahsahiah, on the other hand, comes from the ancient Fellinese language and translates to "City of the River and the Port." This reflects the city's location along the See-mona River, which has played an important role in its history and development. The combination of the two names represents the city's historical roots and its unique cultural identity.
The history of the castle "Regium Rasah" dates back to 1755 when a group of nomads from France, whose initials were "F.N.", "S.C.", and "A.V.", began construction. The castle was completed in 1768, but unfortunately, it was destroyed during an enemy raid in 1824. In 1899, a group of small farmers and blacksmiths who had led a revolt in the area rebuilt the castle.
Throughout the years, the castle has been the protagonist of many paranormal stories. To ensure the safety of the castle and its visitors, the Duchy of Fellino has decided to hire guards to monitor the castle day and night. The initials "F.N.", "S.C.", and "A.V." are still visible in the towers of the castle, a testament to its rich history and the individuals who built it.
The castle has undergone significant renovations over the years, with the latest works aimed at preserving its historical value. Today, it stands as a symbol of the resilience and determination of the people of Villafumaria Cahrahsahiah.
The City of Fellino has been awarded several recognitions throughout its history. In 1824, it was awarded the Military Valor Medal for resisting an enemy raid. In 1852, the city was recognized as the Best Port in Northern Italy. The Mayor, Mahyuhdahnah Suhbuhdah, was awarded the Civil Valor Medal in 1925 for bringing happiness and prosperity to the city. The latest recognition was another Silver Military Valor Medal for resisting terrorist bombings from the West.
