Castelvecchio di Rocca Barbena (Also called Castelvecchio, čässtiëleúëččhìö in Rocchese) its a Smolity in the Duchy. Despite its status, the Smolity (the lowest grade of City status autonomy), its one of the cities with the highest population count.

Created by a group of donors and good faith people in 2023, Many people started to emigrate to the city.

The Coat of Arms reads:
