Regione Oppio (Hah Rahehia de OahPah in Fellinese, Ręevïønïà øpípíà in Oppiese), its the biggest city in the Duchy of Fellino.

Founded by Magnus Oppius in 2019 after the Battle of Roccafinium. (an old city founded by the Magnuseen)

The Blazon of the Coat of Arms reads:

Azure, a chief (Argent, a fumo Gules), a dragon Or armed gules and langued gules and winged gules

The Smolfellinus, Mahoah Nahiah, stated that: 

"We surely are gonna create a great city out of Regione Oppio, my wish is to make this city an economic capital of the Duchy. Fellino will be an important city for culture and for our students, Regione Oppio will be the economic motor, and Castelvecchio will be the city where everyone will have homes. I will cooperate with all the Smolfellinus, Undfellinus, and the Fellinus of this Duchy to create a mighty nation."
