List of Selected Participants

We received overwhelming requests for participation. Due to limited number of seats to support hands-on tutorial sessions we had to do a shortlisting. Candidates are selected FCFS basis along with the higher preference to PhD, MTech and B.Tech 3rd/4th year students. Also we have increased our available seats to 65. Following is the list of registered participants. A confirmation email with all necessary details will be forwarded soon.

Important Instructions

  1. All participants must register at the front desk between 8:30 am-9:00 am positively on 28th September, 2019.
  2. The Workshop program strictly begins at 0900 hrs on both the days beyond which no registration will be allowed.
  3. Participants must bring their institute ID card for registration.
  4. Each registration includes food coupons (lunch and tea/coffee/snacks) for both the days and participation certificate.
  5. Participation certificate will be issued at the end of second day, i.e. 29th September. To receive a participation certificate a candidate must attend all the sessions of the two-day workshop.
  6. During hands-on sessions, the necessary equipment/hardware/system will be issued to the registered participants.
  7. Participants opted for accommodation will be intimated with necessary details through email.

Additional List of In-house Participants

This list contains the name of junior students from IIITG willing to participate in the workshop. You can attend all the lectures both the day. For hands-on session, if you are interested to attend, must bring your own laptop. Due to limited number of seats, registration (includes certificate, food and equipment support for hands-on sessions) can not be provided.

In-house
  • Undergraduate students (preferably B.Tech 3rd year and 4th year), students enrolled into M.Tech and PhD programs are encouraged to apply.
  • Total number of registered seats has been increased from 50 to 65.
  • Seats will be filled up by First Come First Serve basis.
  • Registration is FREE. Registration deadline 20th September, 2019.
  • For outstation participants accommodation can be provided on request, based on availability.
