- Excellent Tile Adhesion
Can be applied directly onto tiles and RC walls. When used to bond tiles to RC surfaces, it achieves a bonding strength of up to 1.5 MPa after 7 days of curing, ideal for crack repair applications.

METHOD OF STATEMENT
- Routing: Enlarge and deepen the crack line by 1 to 2mm using scrapper or hand grinder.
- Cleaning: Debris around the routed cracks should be cleaned by using wet cloth or sponge before application.
- Sealant application: Sealing the cracks by using Crack Seal (Elastic) or Crack Seal (High Fiber) whichever is suitable.
- Curing: Sealed cracks need to be properly cured before second application or resurfacing.
RECOMMENDATION
RECOMMENDATION
- Second layer can be applied if shrinkage is too much.
- To use ASG for internal finishing.
- Apply Crack Seal (Elastic) on interior walls until the surface is smooth and flat.
- For exterior walls, apply a render containing fine sand. Prior to rendering, apply a coat of W&H Weld Glue to the surface to strengthen the bonding with Crack Seal.
- For abnormal loose cracks, use W&H Latex with Crack Seal to enhance sealing effect.
