Show Choir Auditions will be Monday, March 30th from 6-9 in the WHS Mini Gym. If you are currently in high school and plan to audition, please schedule a time to sing for Mr. Spencer. Students must learn the music ahead of time. Choreography will be taught at the beginning of the audition time. Students will audition in groups of 5-6 students. All students will perform the audition together to close the audition. Plan to be at the entire 3 hour audition. Please email Mr. Spencer with any questions: jeffrey.spencer@k12.sd.us
Classic Connection and Stage Lights meet for 23 minutes during the school day. Classic Connection also meets from 6-9 pm on Monday nights. Stage Lights meets from 6-9pm on Thursday nights. Competition season is from the 1st weekend in January to April. Classic Connection begins rehearsal with week long camp in August and night rehearsals starting after the August choreo camp.
Audition materials can be found below. Students are responsible for learning the music for the audition. The choreography will be taught at the audition. All students will be learning and perfroming from 6-9pm. Everyone will have an opportunity to perform the audition together at the end of the audition period.

Our competition takes place at Washington High School in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. We hope to foster a friendly environment where every school and group feels the love that the show choir community gives so freely! come check out the areas best show choirs in the region.
