Hy-Vee cards can be purchased throughout the year. The student will receive approximately 4.76% for every $100 purchased. The Hy-Vee gift cards can be purchased in increments of $25, $50, $100 and around Christmas we can order $10 cards. The gift cards can be used for any purchase at Hy-Vee and Hy-Vee Gas.

Bagel Boy Gift Cards
Bagel Boy cards can be purchased throughout the year. The student will receive $1 for every $10 purchased. Normally the gift cards come in $10 increments but if you would like a certain dollar amount like $20 card or $50 card, it can be special ordered.

No you do not have to pre order, however to make sure you can purchase the amount you want it is best to pre-orer as quantities may be limited.

Why do I not see the money on my students account?
Hy-Vee cards and Bagel Boy cards are purchased in batches and once the batch is completely sold, the student’s account will be updated. Sometimes batches will take 4-6 weeks to sell out. Once the student’s accounts are updated, you will see this on your student’s Charms account.
