Simon Smith
(Stage Manager) The Laramie Project (2022) is the fifth WHSTC show Simon has worked on. It’s also his first show as WHSTC’s official stage manager. Simon is grateful to all the students that worked on this production. The show promises to convey an important message that he is eager to share.
Maggie Mayer
(Assistant Stage Manager, Technical Director, and Paint Head) is so excited to be a part of the WHSTC for The Laramie Project (2022). This is Maggie’s First time as Technical Director and Assistant Stage Manager in a WHSTC production. This is her last year at WHSTC and she is delighted to share her work with everyone. She is very thankful to be a part of this production and more to come. Thank you for your support and enjoy the show!
Caoimhe Dobey
(Master Carpenter) is excited to begin this year with the WHSTC production of The Laramie Project as she steps into the role of Master Carpenter. She is grateful to be a part of a theatre company that is eager to take on a production that brings awareness to distressing issues.
Anden Walker
(Co-Master Carpenter) is very excited to have worked on The Laramie Project (2022) with his fellow tech members! Last year he worked on Legally Blonde (2022). This show is his first show officially as Master Carpenter, and he is grateful for all the help from his fellow builders.

(Deck Manager/Paint Head) is thrilled

Legally Blonde (2022).
Ellie Robb
(Shop Manager) is participating in her 4th production with the department. In the past she has done tech for Clue, Pride & Prejudice, and Legally Blonde.
Grace Long
(Lighting Head) is very excited to work on The Laramie Project with her fellow tech crew members! Last year she worked on Clue (2021), Pride & Prejudice (2022) and Legally Blonde (2022). Working with her light crew (in school and at rehearsals), Grace has had the chance to be creative, work hard and have lots of laughs.
Max Vandall
(Sound Tech) is very excited to be working with WHS Theatre for the show The Laramie Project. He is very happy to be putting on such a very powerful story. And he hopes this play will open up more conversations.
Jude Phillips
(Sound Tech) Jude Phillips is one of the WHS Theatre Company's head sound techs. He’s very excited to help bring the story of Matthew Shephard, and the impact of his death to the audience!
Fell Gutierrez
(Costume Head) is nervous and exited to help bring you the WHS Theatre Company’s production of The Laramie Project. With their past work on Legally Blonde (Ensemble, Master Costumer), Pride and Prejudice (Costumer), and Clue (Costumer), this is a very different style from what they've done before. They hope you enjoy your time and come out feeling satisfied.
Mateo Cabral
(Costume Head) is so happy that he got an opportunity to work on this powerful show. This story needs to continue being told, even today, because acts of violence, and intolerance of marginalized communities, are an ongoing problem in the world. We cannot combat anything by being silent and letting the voices of those like Mathew Shepard fall. We can use our resources in the arts to uplift these stories and raise awareness.
Jessica Karszeski
(Paint Head) has had so much fun working on the set for her 4th show with WHSTC and backstage at rehearsals. She has loved watching this year’s incredible actors perform and work to portray these difficult parts to the best of their ability. Jessica has also worked alongside our tech crew every day to make sure this show runs as smoothly as possible. She hopes you enjoy the show!
Lois Johnson
(Props Manager) is so excited to be helping backstage for another WHS production! After being the props manager for Legally Blonde, she realized she wanted to keep working backstage. Balancing acting in the show and also working backstage has been tough, but she is so happy she could experience both sides of what makes the show work!

(Hair and Makeup Head) is beyond thrilled that she is able to participate in this production! She is glad that the WHS Theatre Company is talking about and displaying a topic that is so often skipped or awkwardly talked around. By addressing this topic head on, she hopes it will encourage new thoughts to be had and more conversations about this hard topic!
Max Goddard
(House Manager) is thrilled to be joining the WHS Theatre Company for his senior, and final, year. More than anything else, he is ready to make his last year at WHS as amazing as it can be and lay the groundwork for the future members of the Company. He is excited to serve you as the House Manager and provide the best experience possible as you enjoy the show.
Mya Hariri
(Publicity Head) has admired the position of Publicity Head since first joining the company last year. From chaotic Poster Blitz drives to takeovers 10 minutes before the show even starts, being one of the amazing Publicity Heads is a treat she’s glad to have during her Senior year. She thanks the wonderful and talented Georgia Willis and Maggie Mus for being the best people to look up to and for giving her this opportunity.
Ava Nicholas
(Publicity Head) is thrilled to be a part of the technical side of theater for the first time. She is continuously amazed by the production and tech teams that work behind the scenes and she is excited to work with them as a crew head. She has so far worked on The Laramie Project’s social media presence and is looking forward to future productions.
