MAJOR GRIEVANCES:

• Conduct of Ward Committees - irregular, no sufficient notice, not following SOP, etc., 

• Lack of transparency regarding budgets, work orders, projects, etc.,

• Unauthorised buildings - lack of action ot prevent them.  Lack of demolition action.

• Water Shortage - continuing.

• Footpath encroachments
