White House Beach Homeowners Association
Purpose: To encourage social/civic activity among neighbors who voluntarily work together with mutual cooperation to: maintain a safe, desirable community in which to live; protect property values; respect the environment; promote affordable rental agreements; prepare for potential changes in land use or community land ownership.
Why Should You Become a Member?
You have a group to express your community concerns with who then share concerns with White House Beach.
You have a group that can inform you of your rights when living on leased land.
As a member of WHB HOA, you become a member of Delaware Manufactured Homeowners Association (DMHOA). DMHOA represents members at the state level. The state association communicates with state legislators with input regarding bills that impact laws established for manufactured home communities. DMHOA also provides resources for legal aid, training and guidance on your rights as a homeowner on leased land.
Annual Dues for new members
and yearly renewal is $25.00.
