To fill out the Resident Application, first review the Sample Lease.

Then,

 1) Initial and sign the first page of the Application acknowledging that you received the Sample Lease.

2) Read the Lease Transfer Requirements on the second page and  acknowledge and sign on the bottom of the page.

3) Review the White House Beach Rules and Standards.

4) There are two 2-page applications at the end of the packet. Each person over 17 who will be a leaseholder or resident must fill out an application. Fill out the gray areas and sign the pet acknowledgement section on the first page (whether or not there is a pet), and sign and date the bottom of the second page.

5) The Application must be turned in with proof of income (W2, paystub or income tax return), a copy of the applicant's driver's license, a photo of any pet, and a $50 fee for each applicant.
