Important Callouts
Modelers fixing the model only see the model code and artist comment; they do not see the lane or scene.
Modelers cannot see attachments or other related images within the comments.
When more than one code is needed, please begin with the code that describes the worst issue first.
Although codes 30 through 33 and 51 fall under SKU category in the global comment code list, these codes are specific to image QA only and should not be used for model fix.
Why Comment Codes?
Correct comment code usage allows for tracking common issues and identifying trends.
Standardized comments help identify and communicate more effectively with cross-functional teams.
Standardized categories allow for more efficiency when commenting.
More precise predetermined codes will allow for less subjectivity and less room for interpretation.
