Modification Requests

Please be advised that any exterior modifications to the building require PRIOR written approval by the Board of Directors. New HVAC systems such as AC or heat pump conversions need to utilize existing building penetrations. New exterior penetrations are not permitted.

Internal modifications that include any structural, electrical or plumbing work/connections (including new cabinets, windows and patio doors) must be approved by the board PRIOR to work commencing. A modification request needs to be submitted along with required documentation (contractor’s license and insurance, building permits, etc).

Modification request forms can be obtained from Westford or on the AppFolio web portal under Shared Documents:

Failure to follow this modification request procedure may result in a hearing, fines and requirement to restore affected exterior and interior areas to their original condition.
