Summer Camp Descriptions

 Summer Camp Descriptions:

Wildcat Summer Fitness:

The focus of this training will be preparation for the high school season using ADAPT techniques, SAQ training, technical ball work, endurance based fitness, and competitive tactical exercises. This is an excellent opportunity for players to improve both their fitness and skills. Players will have an opportunity to compete with other players who are already established within the program.

Wildcat Keeper Camp

As part of our summer fitness training we include specific goalkeeper training.  Ran by our keeper coach Marty Neshvad. This camp will provide drills, activities such as ball handling, shot stopping/deflecting, cutting angles, advancing, handling crosses, distribution, set pieces, specialized goalkeeper fitness, pressure drills and more.

Wildcat Scrimmages:

We will be inviting other High Schools to participate in a scrimmage format on these days.

Wildcat Attack Camp:

This is an optional conditioning and tactics camp that closely models the technical, tactical, and physical challenges that will be presented during regular season and playoff practices.

Free Weight Room Training:

We are very fortunate to have a Physical Therapist on our coaching staff, Coach Ben offers weight training and assistance to players over the summer. Please check the summer schedule for those dates and times.
