Summer Camp Registration

Required Forms

Wildcat Summer Fitness & Keeper Camp 

Dates: July 8th -Aug 7th 

Time: 6:00 - 8:00 AM  Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 

Cost: $200

This training prepares athletes for the high school season utilizing injury prevention  techniques, SAQ training, technical ball work, endurance based fitness, and competitive tactical exercises. Players will improve both their fitness and skills while competing with other players who are already established within the program. 

As part of our summer fitness training we include specific goalkeeper training.  This camp will provide drills, activities such as ball handling, shot stopping/deflecting, cutting angles,  advancing, handling crosses, distribution, set pieces, specialized goalkeeper fitness, pressure drills and more. 

Moratorium/Vacation Week 

Dates: July 27 - Aug 2nd

This week is closed to all soccer activities due to the OSAA Statewide athletic moratorium. 

Wildcat Scrimmages  

Dates/Time: Aug 4th - 8th  specific times and dates TBD

Cost: $100

Westview players of all levels will scrimmage with at least 3 other High Schools.   

Limited space to 40 players total [ FULL]

Attack Camp

Dates: August  11th - 14th Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Time: 6:00 - 8:00 AM 

Cost: $100

This is an optional conditioning and tactics camp that closely models the technical, tactical, and physical challenges that will be presented during regular season and playoff practices. 

TRYOUTS Registration opens JUNE 1st 

Sign-up is listed as Boys Soccer Registration 2024-2025

Dates: Monday - Wednesday Aug 18th -22nd  

LOCATION: Westview Stadium 

Time: 6:00 - 9:00 AM 

Cost: Free

All players must sign up for tryouts and be cleared through the athletic office. 

Four teams, Varsity, Junior Varsity and two JV 2 teams will be selected over the course of the week. Teams will be announced by Wednesday afternoon.  Practices will begin as soon as teams are selected. Players are expected to attend all practices including those prior to the beginning of the school year. Please plan on training the Friday and Monday of Labor Day weekend.

YOU MUST BE REGISTERED AND CLEARED BY ATHLETICS DEPT TO PARTICIPATE 

1. Training Begins: 

   • Aug 21 and continues to the end of the season -about late October. 

   • Practices are Monday - Friday from 4:00-6:00 JV/VARS & 6:00-8:00 JV2 unless there is a game.

   • Practices will begin as soon as teams are selected. 

   • Players are expected to attend all practices including those prior to the beginning of the school year. 

   • Please plan on training the Friday and Monday of Labor Day weekend.
