Welcome to the neighborhood! By becoming a member of the Western Shores Civic Association, you will have access to the community beach and pavilion. The annual dues help fund the upkeep of amenities such as the beach access, pavilion, portable toilet, and trash collection, ensuring a clean and safe place for members to enjoy.

Annual dues are $75 per household. 

Short-term Rentals:

For homeowners who do not reside in their property full-time, the annual dues will be $700 (January to December). 

For full-time residents who rent out only a portion of their home, the annual dues will be $350 (January to December).
