Vehicles may be locked in or towed at the vehicle owner's expense.
The beach is unprotected. All activity is at your own risk.
Pets must be leashed and restrained by owners at all times.
Motorized vehicles of any kind are not permitted on the beach.
Beach quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Reserved pavilion events: Please take your trash with you. Do not fill the trashcans.
We would like to ask for your cooperation in maintaining our quiet, peaceful community and keeping it a safe place to live and raise our children, rather than becoming a party community. To achieve these goals, we request that you include the following information in your house rules:
Limit the number of guests to those who can sleep in the available beds.
Only registered guests may use the beach—no friends, family, etc.
Guests may not hold events, parties, or gatherings at the beach.
Guests must comply with posted beach rules.
Keep the noise down after 10:00 PM.
A beach pass is required to access beach parking.
Cars may be towed at the owner's expense without a parking pass.
Only one pass will be provided per house (carpool). It’s a small parking lot, and it’s not that far.
No parking outside the gate or on the street.
Do not take items you find lying around on the beach or in the pavilion. Our residents are accustomed to finding their belongings where they left them.
Designate parking areas for your guests. (Currently, they are blocking other residents' cars and parking on grass areas.) Provide parking for the number of guests you allow so they don’t disturb the neighbors.
