WAYN & PAN SL MEETS WITH SCHOOL CHAPTER LEADERS FOR 2021/2021 ACADEMIC YEAR
The West African Youth Network (WAYN) with their strategic partner, Patriotic Advocacy Network (PAN) has held a meeting with their school leaders for the 2021/2022 academic.
The meeting was hosted at the Africell American Corner on the 16th and 17th Day of September, 2021; with the sole objective of building a smooth working relationship between staff/volunteers and that of the pupils in their various chapters.
The school chapter policy was introduced and explained to the pupils, thus, this policy shall serve as a guiding document for both mentors and pupils.
The two-day engagement rounded off with a a fruitful dialogue between mentors and pupils.
Day-1 featured schools in the West & Day-2 featured schools in the East of the capital city of Sierra Leone.
WAYN EMPOWERS 40 PUPILS IN THE EAST
From the 12-14th July, 2021, the West African Youth Network (WAYN) with strategic partner PAN SL has trained 40 pupils from the East part of Freetown.
The training covered life-changing topics on Corruption, Injustice, Marginalization, Patriotism, Leadership, Integrity, Communications and Social Media.
This training is part of WAYN’s education project phase 2 with support from the Civil Peace Service Agiamondo - Personal und Beratung für internationale Zusammenarbeit
