Diabetes Initiative

The Wesley Diabetes Class is held on Tuesdays at 7pm via Zoom

Volunteers assist with teaching the diabetes classes and by creating a short educational presentation addressing various diabetes topics. There is also an opportunity to coach individuals who are learning about these topics.

Classes are in Spanish; students who volunteer to teach or coach are expected to have some Spanish proficiency 

Students at lower levels of proficiency are welcome to observe the class, assist with data entry, documentation, attendance, and possibly help develop the curriculum (sign up as an Observer role)
