As Science Fair Coordinator for DA Smith in Ozark and Coppinville Jr. High Schooin Enerterprise, I was able to introduce authentic scientific learning to our students. This experience offorded me the opprotunity to introduce the local science fair to individual schools and eventually both school systems. Through the experience of building a science fair program, I was able to make connections within our community as well as at Auburn University. Ultimately allowing me to be chosen to attend ISEF as a guest speaker on  a panel for STEM IQ with amazing leaders in the Auburn Community.
