Our 4 week progressive training cycle is designed to focus on a certain style of training in order to maximize results. All workouts are challenging, full body, cross conditioning and FUN. Our 5th week is only for our committed VIP BOLD Members.
If you don't have a fitness mat or a set of dumbbells let me know and I will bring extra's for you to use while you are at camp!

We love it when you bring a friend, spouse or family member to camp with you to try it out. Let me know when you want your buddy to come to camp. If they want to try out a camp that isn't one of mine NO PROBLEM! If they want to go to a camp that you can't go with them NO PROBLEM! Send me a 3 way text message and I will get the squared away!
