With Camp Gladiator you will get progressive designed workouts that are different every single day. You have access to ANY and ALL of our Outdoor locations and Trainers (if you have the outdoor membership) or to ANY and ALL of our Virtual times and Virtual Trainers (with the Virtual Membership)
Each Trainer designs our own workout and each trainer has a different training style which help you to keep it interesting and also so you don't hit plateaus.
