My technical skillset has been built through curiosity, persistence, and a willingness to take on challenges that stretch me. I’ve learned every tool I’ve needed — often independently — to support the organizations I’ve served. Whether it was navigating legacy systems, learning SQL from scratch, building Tableau dashboards from raw data, or adopting Power BI for new reporting needs, I’ve consistently stepped into unfamiliar territory and built expertise through disciplined effort.

I bring a blend of business leadership (MBA), creativity (Music), and human understanding (Psychology) that helps me approach technical work with structure, imagination, and empathy. My Approach to Learning New Tools

I’ve built my analytics career by embracing new challenges and learning new technologies quickly. When I began working in data, I taught myself how to navigate legacy systems that were anything but intuitive. At Advocate, I stepped into strategic planning without prior experience — and eventually led the system analytics team, elevating team satisfaction, adding new talent, and supporting planning managers and planning efforts across multiple hospitals and physician offices.

When I needed to learn SQL, I learned it.
When I needed to understand data warehousing, I hired consultants, partnered with IT and BI teams, and learned the concepts myself.
When I needed Tableau, I taught myself how to build dashboards from raw data sources and pull data in from a new data warehouse.
When Power BI became essential, I learned it independently and built census reporting tools.
When AI began reshaping the data landscape, I earned 24 certifications — including several focused on AI, prompting, and generative modeling.

I’m someone who learns quickly, adapts easily, and puts in the work to excel. I thrive in environments where new tools, new systems, and new challenges are part of the job.
