I didn’t begin my career in analytics. I built it. Piece by piece.

• I learned strategic planning from scratch and eventually led a system‑wide analytics team.

• I hired consultants and built a BI function — a responsibility I never expected but embraced fully.

• I learned SQL, data warehousing concepts, and Tableau under pressure, transforming raw data into structured reporting.

• I taught myself Power BI to support new reporting needs.

• And I earned 16 certifications to deepen my understanding of today’s data landscape — including AI, which I’m deeply passionate about.

Across every organization, I’ve built reporting structures, defined KPIs, led analytic teams, and created dashboards that help leaders make better decisions. I’m at my best when I’m learning something new, solving a problem no one has solved yet, or building something that didn’t exist before.
