Trauma Informed Care- I have years of experience working in trauma informed care. I have worked with a diverse population in a variety of life challenges from weight loss to leaving an abusive relationship as safely as possible. I hear you, I see you, and I will meet you right where you are. We will start the journey from there.
Unconditional Positive Regard- You know what is best for your life. Your experiences are just that, yours. I am not here to judge or label any of them. I accept you as you are and wherever you want to go. This journey will not be led by me. I am simply someone to support you along the way. Your sounding board, your support, and when needed your peace.
Fitness coach- As I mentioned before life is not about being skinny, but your physical health is directly linked to your quality of life. As well as to your mental health. So I am here open minded and listening to help you find the right fitness activities for you.
Nutritionist- what you put into your body is going to determine the output of your body. It is important that you know what you are fueling your body with. I can help you with this. We will build a lifestyle individualized to you.
Mental Health Professional- I will be licensed in the future for clinical mental health but for now I navigate from my own lived experiences and my current education. I am always transparent if I feel you need more than I can give, I will refer you to another professional.
My most valuable skill, I believe in you- I believe you can change if change is what you desire. I believe that you have no idea how truly great you can be and I want to help you discover that potential.
