The Lakewood Council of PTAs and LCSD is hosting a day of wellness for members of the Lakewood community to come and engage with community partners regarding ways to improve your overall health and wellness!
The day will be filled with sessions surrounding healthy movement, nutrition, and overall wellness.
Come for the day or for a session!
Wellness (according to the Global Wellness Institute) is
