Paul Penfold
Paul Penfold is an experienced tourism consultant and educator who specialises in strategic HRD, educational technology, curriculum development, and programme design—in academia, in education, and in the private sector.
Paul has more than twenty years of experience in Asia, and has a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia, a Bachelor in Education & Publishing from Oxford Brookes University, and a Teaching Qualification from the University of Southampton in the UK.

Dr. Pushpike is a technical expert with the European Union funded project, "Capacity Development of the Wellness Tourist Industry in Sri Lanka."
Her areas of expertise include Ayurvedic medicine, Yoga, naturopathy, counselling, research, spa pre-opening consultation, and the training of Ayurvedic therapists.
