Berry Bliss Smoothie Recipe 

Recipe:

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) 

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (low-fat or non-fat) 

1 tbsp chia seeds 

1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional) Ice cubes (optional) Fresh berries for garnish 

Instructions: 

1. In a blender, combine mixed berries, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and cinnamon (if using). 

2. Add ice cubes for a colder texture. 

3. Blend until smooth and creamy. 

4. Pour into a glass, garnish with fresh berries, and enjoy!
