This report provides a summary of the 4th International Conference on Global Bioequivalence Harmonisation Initiative (GBHI) that was co-organised by the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Sciences (EUFEPS) and the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS). The goal of the GBHI conference is to offer the most informative and up to date science and regulatory thinking of bioequivalence (BE) in global drug development to support the intended process of a scientific global harmonisation. The workshop provided an open forum for pharmaceutical scientists from academia, industry and regulatory agencies to discuss three BE topics of interest, (a) BE assessment for long-acting injectables and implants, (b) necessity of fed BE studies for immediate-release products and (c) procedures to demonstrate equivalence of orally inhaled products. Moreover, in keynote lectures, a potential road map to an international BE reference product was discussed, and visions and perspectives for future global BE harmonisation activities have been presented. The meeting delivered a cutting-edge insight into the topics in an interactive and at the same time focused way.

I've developed a recent issue when I attempt to screen share: my zoom interface freezes while screen sharing or as soon as I stop screen sharing (people on the other end can still hear me, but I can't click on the interface or write in chat, and the interface often looks distorted). The only way to resolve the issue is to use my task manager to quit out of zoom then to go back to the meeting (which I am hosting) to re-enter. This is a big problem, because I am using zoom to instruct college students.

But for me - I was NOT able to access event the task bar and end the Zoom process, I had to use the power button to hard reboot my computer. Most often the other people see just a black box. Luckily I had assigned a co-host, they were able to kick me out of screen sharing and keep the zoom meeting going while I rebooted

One trick I have learned - if you have another partner, or student you can trust, you can asign someone as a co-host and they can stop your screen sharing, and kee the meeting going while you jump out of zoom - just an idea

Ocheng Jany, Associate Director for Academic Affairs announced that the IBHE meeting was scheduled for the upcoming Tuesday in Springfield. Some FAC members expressed concerns regarding the late availability of IBHE meeting agenda. In particular, some FAC members expressed disappointment that the higher education budget which was to be approved by the Board on Tuesday had not been publicized yet. FAC members also expressed concern over the fact that IBHE staff/liaison may not be able to attend all FAC meetings in the future. This was interpreted by some as possible marginalization of FAC.

Les Hyder of Eastern Illinois University presented a motion that the FAC endorse a resolution to be presented at the next IBHE meeting honoring Gilbert Rutman for his service to the Board. The motion passed with all but one member voting in favor of the resolution (there was one abstention).

A discussion took place on why there are no faculty (particularly FAC) representatives on the IBHE just like there are student representatives. Chair Bennett was asked by the Council to look into this matter and report to the group at the next FAC meeting for further discussions and possible plan of action.

Lane Crothers of Illinois State University, Chair of the Working Group on Legislative Affairs reported that his group recommends inviting key people to FAC meetings. He noted that it is important for us to build relationships and give insights into higher education to key people in Springfield including IBHE members. He suggested John Cullerton as one possibility.

Under new business, FAC member Becky Wojcik of Governors State University presented the following resolution to FAC for its consideration and adoption: The FAC of the IBHE appreciates the access it has had to IBHE staff and liaisons during its meetings. Whereas this access has assisted the FAC in its activity, the FAC respectfully requests that access to staff liaisons be increased or maintained at current levels. The motion passed unanimously.

Our desktop and Documents folder is redirected to a network server, and if an end user is on VPN and records a meeting the recording typically fails. I found recordings-config.json in the appdata folder, but changing the path here does not seem to change it in the app. I also do not see anywhere in the registry with a recording path that I could change.
