These case studies were based on current job openings. OER users are encouraged to adapt them for local companies with open jobs in your area.
Each case study typically begins with an informative video to generate interest. Then students are asked to skim the company website and answer leading questions. A review or practice of targeted grammar and/or vocabulary is integrated into each search activity. Finally, students evaluate the employer for fit; does the job/company make sense on their career path?
