Step 1: Familiarize yourself with the course website.

Due Dates:

• It is expected that all material in the lesson will be completed before returning to school in the fall.
• Individual assignments will have due dates listed with them. Because this is summer work, the amount of time to complete the assignments will be longer than you would have during the school year. This is to allow for the fact that you may be on vacation or have other obligations.
• It is important to complete the work in a timely meaner because your new class mates will be dependent on you to complete some items.
• If you need to miss a due date please contact Mrs. Tippens to make alternate arrangements.

Discussion Boards

• You are expected to post and reply to discussion boards in a timely manner.
• You are expected to use proper rules of netiquette when posting and replying. Online bullying will not be tolerated.
• You are expected to use proper language when posting on discussion boards. Text message speak, like LOL, will not be accepted.

Lesson Expectations

• You are expected to follow all directions for each section of the lesson.
• You are expected to read the required material and watch the required videos for each section of the lesson.
• You are expected to meet the deadlines for each section of the lesson.
• You are expected to have fun meeting your new classmates.
