Lab Director
Dr. Wei Yin is a tenure-track Assistant Professor at the School of Applied Engineering and Technology and the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). His research focuses on biomechanics, specializing in wearable robotics, exoskeletons, rehabilitation engineering, and human-robot collaboration. At AnyMotion Lab, he integrates digital human modeling and artificial intelligence to decode the underlying neuromusculoskeletal mechanisms of human-exoskeleton interaction. Ultimately, his work leverages these insights to drive the design of next-generation assistive devices that enhance human mobility and health.
