Lab Director
Dr. Wei Yin joined the School of Applied Engineering and Technology and the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) in September 2024. His research centers on Biomechanics, with a particular interest in wearable sensing, exoskeleton, rehabilitation robotics, and human-robot collaboration. At AnyMotion Lab, our aim is to understand the underlying neuromusculoskeletal mechanisms of human-exoskeleton interaction through the integration of digital human modeling and artificial intelligence. He is also interested in applying the approaches to promote the design and development of wearable assistive devices to enhance human mobility and health.
