Miguel Parra

PhD Student

Short bio

Miguel Parra is a PhD student at the University of Alcalá. He holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economic Analysis from the same university, where he was awarded the Best Academic Record, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Cantabria. He has previously worked at the Bank of Spain and KSNET, and is member of EQUALITAS. His main research area focuses on the measurement of income and wealth dynamics, with particular emphasis on persistent poverty and its determinants. Additionally, he is interested in education economics, labour market and intergenerational mobility.
