BA 007 - Wedgie Wand

Bully Anomaly 007, also known as the Wedgie Wand, is a modern-day magician's wand that has the ability to give any wedgie to whoever the white tip is pointed towards.

BA 007 originally belonged to a street magician named [Redacted] who'd do party tricks for money, until one day he was struck by a red bolt of lightning on a clear day while holding his wand into the sky. The lightning did little damage to the magician, but it did leave his wand glowing red and did cause it to give wedgies to anyone who it was pointed at.

Tests are still being ran, but so far, it has been determined that the wand has some level of sentience, as it does not take kindly to being insulted.

Because of how docile BA 007 is, combined with the fact that it's powers cannot be used unless wielded by another or unless it has been insulted, 007 has been deemed safe, and thus it only has to be kept in a secure container that can only be accessed by personnel of clearance level 3 or higher, and only if an agent of level 5 or higher is nearby.

Addendum, after further testing, we have found a way to regularly communicate with BA 007. After being taught morse code by Agent Shane, the anomaly has been able to "talk" with our researchers by giving people wedgies, using quick, short yanks as dots, and longer, more yanks as dashes. Through this system, we have figured out that BA 007 is constantly bored and would not only like to watch some experiments, but would also like to have someone to talk to whenever there are no experiments going on.

And since BA 007 is still deemed safe, most off its requests have been granted. Now, whenever there's an experiment going on, BA 007's new secured container, made out of a specialized, highly durable plexiglass, will be kept in the same room as the researcher(s), allowing easy viewing angles of the current ongoing experiment. And whenever there isn't an experiment going on, BA 007 will be kept in a secure room all alone, except for an hour long talk every 5 hours by a small team of 4 personnel. The team will be comprised of 2 researchers, one to read out the dots and dashes, and one to write them down and translate, one agent to hold BA 007 and detail any being in the room that poses a threat, and one D-Class personnel to be the target of BA 007's ability. During this time, any of the personnel, with the exception of the D-Class, unless permitted by the agent, will be allowed to talk to BA 007 about any topic that is not classified.

On the rare occasion where BA 013 has been brought over from it's current home in Site 27 to Site 9 for some experiment that couldn't be conducted over at Site 27, the D-Class personnel has been allowed to hold BA 013 if it helped them hold in their grunts or yelps of pain to allow the researcher writing down BA 007's dots and dashes hear better what is being called out.
