BA 007 - Wedgie Wand

Bully Anomaly 007, also known as the Wedgie Wand, is a modern-day magician's wand that has the ability to give any wedgie to whoever the white tip is pointed towards.

BA 007 originally belonged to a street magician named [Redacted] who'd do party tricks for money, until one day he was struck by a red bolt of lightning on a clear day while holding his wand into the sky. The lightning did little damage to the magician, but it did leave his wand glowing red and did cause it to give wedgies to anyone who it was pointed at.

Tests are still being ran, but so far, it has been determined that the wand has some level of sentience, as it does not take kindly to being insulted.

Because of how docile BA 007 is, combined with the fact that it's powers cannot be used unless wielded by another or unless it has been insulted, 007 has been deemed safe, and thus it only has to be kept in a secure container that can only be accessed by personnel of clearance level 3 or higher, and only if an agent of level 5 or higher is nearby.
