We have held a more formal meeting to discuss the work division update which will take place this week.

I also helped make decorative banners for Warung Kopi Zona.

I followed my supervisor to Warung Kopi Zona, Banting to do some repairs to the coffee shop.

We have made a signboard for this coffee shop to promote it to people who will be passing by.

17 April 2025

Create a content list for the BEKL sub show.

Helped make the access card for the Bittersweet: A Perfect Rematch event.

18 April 2025

Was given the task of Artist Management who needs to manage the time check of performers for the Wali Band cover show.

Also make live updates throughout the event.

I also have to take care of their musical instrument sets including personal belongings backstage.

19 April 2025

Helping to pick up the band's technical tools such as mixers, speakers and others to bring to the event location.

Helped create the backdrop for the Bittersweet: A Perfect Rematch event with other team members.

During the event, I was assigned to take on crowd management duties where I had to ensure that no prohibited items were brought into the event hall due to the established protocol.

My job also requires me to conduct body checks and ensure that no spectators can enter illegally without a ticket.

20 April 2025

During the Rising Fest 14 event, I was once again assigned as crowd management.

I need to ensure the smooth running of the event so that nothing unwanted happens.

I also need to ensure that no food is brought in and no spectators attend without tickets.
