We met to coordinate tasks for this week and updates from each department after the Soundloud Project event.
Asked to prepare event items for Alt Shift Vol 6 and BEKL 2 YEARS ANNIVERSARY.

Following a trip to the warehouse to pick up some logistics items to use for the office.
I was also asked to manage the project making wooden frame for decorating purpose.

Our logistics team was asked to go to BEKL to prepare th stage for the BEKL 2 YEARS ANNIVERSARY event.
We changed the stage position several times before finalizing it due to factors interfering with the entrance to the event location.
The image before the stage can be fully completed.
On the same day we were asked to went Panggung Asia to take the stage we purchased and moved it to Cafe Zona because of bigger space at there.

On event day I was asked to be a stage crew as my job today.
My job as usual was to help activate the sound sytem for this stage from band to band. Also had to troubleshoot so that there were no problems during the transition part.

Did a same things on this day as a stage crew, need to make sure all the sound system on stage were activated before being soundcheck by the sound engineer. Need to take care of all technical equipment on stage.
